Strategic Supplier Collaboration Remains Difficult to Execute
According to recent CAPS Research findings, 62% of organizations consider strategic supplier collaboration and innovation partnerships strategically critical, yet 42% identify them as among the most challenging SRM capabilities to implement.

The findings highlight a continuing gap between the recognized importance of supplier collaboration and organizations’ ability to operationalize it effectively across procurement and supply management functions.
For many procurement organizations, supplier collaboration remains a key priority for resilience, innovation, and long-term value creation, but execution continues to be difficult across functions and supplier networks.
