Traditional Risk Strategies Continue to Dominate
While supplier diversification remains the dominant response to geopolitical uncertainty, relatively few organizations are pursuing the product and process innovations associated with antifragile supply chains. The research found that 84% of companies use supplier diversification, compared with just 19% that report using product or process innovation strategies.
